| Number of Workgroups | Unlimited | Limited per plan |
| Number of Books | Unlimited | Limited per plan |

Best Practices for Dedicated Server Operation
Account Management Approach
- Create accounts per person: Issue one account per employee
- Minimize permissions: Grant only necessary permissions (principle of least privilege)
- Regular inventory: Regularly check and delete accounts for departing/transferred employees
Workgroup Design Approach
- Design according to organizational structure: Create workgroups by department/team
- Delegate authority: Delegate management of each workgroup to field leaders
- Handle concurrent assignments: One user can belong to multiple workgroups
Security Measures
- Use device restrictions: Set platform-specific access restrictions when limiting access from outside the company
- Export restrictions: Set "No Export" permission for users handling confidential information
- Use Reader permission: Set "Reader" permission for users who don't need to edit
