5. Content Viewer
When you tap a section, the content viewer is displayed.
PDF Viewer
The PDF viewer launches when you open a PDF section.
Basic Operations

Toolbar
The toolbar is displayed at the top of the screen:
Left Side - Back button (<): Return to section list - Annotation button (pencil icon): Add annotations to the PDF
Center - Page number: Current page / total pages
Right Side - Table of Contents button: Display table of contents panel (if PDF contains a table of contents) - Thumbnail button: Display page thumbnail list - Two-page view button: Switch page display mode - Outline button: Show/hide outline panel on the left side of the screen - Export button: Export the PDF - Previous (<): Go to previous section/file - Next (>): Go to next section/file
Bottom - Page slider: Drag to quickly navigate to any page (also displays current page number)
Page Navigation
Moving Between Pages
- Swipe: Swipe left/right to turn pages
- Page slider: Drag the slider at the bottom to quickly navigate
Page Display Mode
- Single page: Display one page at a time (swipe left/right to turn pages)
- Continuous scroll: Scroll continuously in vertical direction
Display mode can be changed in settings.
Table of Contents, Thumbnails & Outline
Table of Contents Panel
If the PDF has a table of contents (bookmarks), you can quickly navigate using the table of contents panel.
- Tap the table of contents button on the right side of the toolbar
- Tap a table of contents item to jump to that page
Note: If the PDF does not contain a table of contents, the table of contents button is disabled.
Thumbnail View
You can view thumbnails of all pages.
- Tap the thumbnail button on the right side of the toolbar
- Tap a thumbnail to jump to that page
Outline Panel
If the PDF has an outline (table of contents/bookmark structure), you can display the outline panel on the left side of the screen for quick navigation within the document.
Displaying the Outline Panel
- Tap the outline button (icon with two vertical lines) on the right side of the toolbar
- The outline panel appears on the left side of the screen
- Tap again to close the panel
Using the Outline
- The outline panel displays the chapter/section structure of the PDF hierarchically
- Tap an item to jump to the corresponding page
- If there is a hierarchical structure, tap parent items to expand/collapse child items
Remembering Display State
The display state of the outline panel and thumbnail panel is remembered and restored the next time you open the same PDF.
Note: The outline feature is only available for PDF content. If the PDF does not contain an outline, the outline panel will be empty.
Image Viewer
The image viewer launches when you open an image section.
Video Player
The video player launches when you open a video section.
Playback Controls
- Play/Pause: Center button or tap the screen
- Seek: Drag the progress bar at the bottom
- Volume: Device volume buttons or on-screen slider
- Fullscreen: Tap the fullscreen button
Auto-play Settings
You can set auto-play for videos and slideshows.
Web Viewer
An in-app browser launches when you open a web section.
Pointer Feature
You can display a pointer during presentations.
Using the Pointer
- Tap the pointer icon in the toolbar
- Pointer mode turns on
- Touch the screen to display the pointer at that position
- Release to hide the pointer
