Cannot open the web UI

Check Action
Service Windows: “Handbook X コンテンツ収集サービス” running? Mac: service running?
Port conflict Another app using 8089?
URL Use http://localhost:8089/ (not https by default)
Bind address If BIND_ADDRESS was changed, browse the correct host

If /api/ping does not respond, the process is likely not running.

Signed in but “no permission”

See Sign-in and permissions: you need a paid plan, or if you are not a paid-plan subscriber you must belong to a workgroup as owner or sharing administrator. Escalate to your administrator.

Nothing syncs / some files fail

Reset database or settings

Deleting handbookXSync.db wipes local configuration and history. Back up and follow organizational policy first. Windows: C:\ProgramData\HandbookXAggregationTool\. Mac: install directory.
