12. Account Management
You can manage multiple Handbook X accounts on a single device.
Account Management Screen
Select "Account Management" from the side menu to display the account management dialog.

Screen Layout
- Account List: All registered accounts are displayed in a list
- Logout: Log out from the current account
Account List Display
Each account displays the following information:

| Profile Image | Account avatar |
| Name | Account display name |
| Email address used for login | |
| Server URL | URL of the connected server (e.g., https://my.handbookx.com) |
| Checkmark | Displayed for the currently logged-in account |
Switching Accounts
You can switch between registered accounts.
Switching Steps
- Open the Account Management screen
- Tap the account you want to switch to
- Login authentication is performed:
- Regular Login: Password input screen is displayed
- Apple ID: Authentication with Apple ID is performed
- Google Account: Authentication with Google is performed
After Switching
- Automatically logs in to the selected account
- The book list for that account is displayed
Removing Accounts (from Device)
You can remove accounts you no longer need from the device.
Removal Steps
- Open the Account Management screen
- Swipe left on the account you want to remove
- The delete button appears
- Tap "Delete"
Note: You cannot remove the currently logged-in account. Switch to another account first before removing.
Notes on Removal
- The account itself is not deleted: Only unregistered from the device
- Local data is deleted: Content downloaded with that account is deleted
- Server data is retained: Books and settings remain on the server
- Re-registration possible: You can log in with the same account again to re-add it
Logout
You can log out from the current account.
Logout Steps
- Open the Account Management screen
- Tap "Logout" (in red text) at the bottom of the screen
- Logout process is executed
- Returns to the login screen
Uses for Multiple Accounts
Registering multiple accounts is convenient in the following situations:
- Work and Personal: Separate accounts for different purposes
- Multiple Organizations: Join workgroups from multiple companies/organizations
- Different Servers: Access different servers such as production and development environments
Adding Accounts
To add a new account, perform the normal login operation from the login screen. Once login is successful, the account is automatically added to the account list.
