Appendix D. About Sharing Privileges
This section explains sharing privileges within workgroups. Sharing privileges are set per workgroup and determine operation privileges related to book sharing and management within that workgroup.
Note: If you are using the dedicated server version, there are two different permission systems: "Account Permission" and "Sharing Privilege". For details, see A. Dedicated Server Administrator Guide.

Relationship Between Account Permission and Sharing Privilege (Dedicated Server Version)
In the dedicated server version, organization-level Account Permission (Owner/Admin/Normal/No Export/Reader) and Sharing Privilege within workgroups are independent.
Examples
- A user with "Normal" account permission can have "Manage sharing privilege" in a specific workgroup
- Even a user with "Admin" account permission has no privileges in workgroups they haven't joined
Permission Priority
- Account Permission (organization level) is checked first
- Access rights to the workgroup are verified
- Operations are permitted based on the sharing privilege within the workgroup
