8. Access Codes
Use access codes to access shared books. Access codes are issued by book owners when configuring sharing settings.
Access Code Screen
Select "Access Codes" from the side menu to display the access code dialog.

Screen Layout
- Access Code List: Registered access codes are displayed in a list
- A red "−" delete button is displayed to the right of each code
- Add Access Code: A link (blue text) to add a new access code
- Description: "To view handbooks shared with a view-only access code, add the access code here."
Adding Access Codes
- Tap "Add Access Code"
- The access code input dialog appears
- Enter the access code
- Tap "Save"
- The code is added to the list and synced with the server
- Related books are automatically fetched and displayed in the book list
Deleting Access Codes
You can delete access codes you no longer need.
- Tap the red "−" button to the right of the access code you want to delete
- The code is deleted and the change is synced with the server
Note: Deleting an access code will revoke your access to books that were accessible through that code.
Closing the Screen
Tap the "Close" button to close the dialog. If access codes have been added or deleted, the book list will be automatically updated.
Access Code Features
- Multiple Codes: You can register multiple access codes
- Instant Sync: Adding or deleting codes is immediately synced with the server
- Automatic Book Fetching: When a code is added, books linked to that code are automatically fetched
- On Deletion: Deleting an access code hides books that were accessible through that code
