12. Profile
The profile screen lets you view and edit your account information.
Profile Dialog
Tap the profile area at the top of the side menu to display the profile dialog.
Title Bar
| Position | Item | Description |

| Left | Cancel | Discard changes and close the dialog |
| Center | Profile | Dialog title |
| Right | Done | Save changes and close the dialog |
Screen Layout
- Header: Profile photo, name, email address
- Name Fields: Last name and first name editing fields
- Change Password: Password change button
- Show Handbook X Help Book: Help book visibility setting
- Wallpaper: Background image settings
Header
Profile information is displayed at the top of the screen:

| Profile Photo | Circular avatar image. A camera icon is displayed in the center; tap to change |
| Name | Your full name is displayed |
| Email Address | The email address used for login |
Editing Your Name
You can edit your last name and first name:
| Field | Description |

| Last Name | Enter your last name |
| First Name | Enter your first name |
Note: Tap "Done" to save your changes.
Changing Your Profile Photo
Tap the profile photo to display a popup menu:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Take Photo | Capture a new photo with the camera |
| Choose Photo | Select an image from the gallery |
| Cancel | Remove the current image and revert to the default (only shown when a photo is set) |
Tip: On the Android version, you can take a profile photo directly with the camera.
The selected image is automatically resized and cropped to a circle.
Changing Your Password
Tap "Change Password" (blue text) to display the password change dialog.
Input Fields
| Field | Description |

| Current Password | Your current password |
| New Password | The new password you want to set |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the new password |
Steps to Change
- Tap "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter the new password
- Re-enter the new password for confirmation
- Tap "Save"
Show Handbook X Help Book
Configure whether to display the Handbook X usage guide book.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| ON | Display the Handbook X Help Book in the book list |
| OFF | Hide the help book |
Wallpaper
You can set a background image for the app.
Preview
A preview of the current wallpaper setting is shown along with a sample book card display. You can see how the wallpaper will look when applied.
Preset Wallpapers
Four preset wallpaper thumbnails are displayed below the preview area:
- Blue
- Green
- Orange
- Purple
Tap a thumbnail to apply it to the preview.
Wallpaper Action Buttons
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| No Wallpaper | Remove the wallpaper (no background) |
| Use Photo | Set a custom photo as wallpaper |
Using a Photo
Tap "Use Photo" to display a popup menu:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Take Photo | Capture a photo with the camera and set it as wallpaper |
| Choose Photo | Select an image from the gallery |
The selected image is set as the wallpaper.
Wallpaper Scope
The wallpaper is applied to the background of the book list screen.
