10. Access Codes
Use access codes to access shared books. Access codes are issued by book owners when configuring sharing settings.
Access Code Screen
Select "Access Code" from the side menu to display the access code screen.
Toolbar

Screen Structure
- Access Code List: Displays registered access codes
- Add Access Code: Button to enter a new access code
- Description: "Please add your Access Codes here to add Handbooks"
Adding Access Codes
Manual Entry
- Tap "Add Access Code"
- Access code input dialog appears
- Enter the access code
- Tap "Save"
- The code is added to the list
- Tap "Save" at the top right to confirm changes
QR Code Scan
- Tap the QR code icon on the right side of the toolbar
- QR code scan screen opens
- Scan the access code QR code with the camera
- The code is automatically registered
Note: Camera access permission is required. When prompted for permission on first use, tap "Allow".
Deleting Access Codes
You can delete unnecessary access codes.
- Swipe left on the access code you want to delete
- "Delete" button appears
- Tap "Delete"
- Tap "Save" at the top right to confirm changes
Saving Changes
After adding or deleting access codes, you need to tap the "Save" button to confirm changes.
Save Behavior
- Access code changes are sent to the server
- Books associated with newly added codes are fetched
- "Save Successfully" message is displayed when complete
- New books appear in the book list
Save Button State
- The "Save" button is disabled (grayed out) when there are no changes
- The "Save" button becomes enabled when codes are added or deleted
Access Code Features
- Multiple Codes: You can register multiple access codes
- Auto-fetch Books: Books linked to codes are automatically fetched when saved
- On Deletion: When you delete an access code and save, you will lose access to books accessed via that code
