8. Statistics
The Statistics tab allows you to view and download various statistical information including book and section access status, examination and questionnaire results.
Note: About Statistics tab visibility and access: - Cloud Service: The Statistics tab is displayed to all users. If you have shared books to a workgroup, users with sharing administrator privileges for that workgroup can view the statistics for those books. - Dedicated Server (On-premises): The Statistics tab is displayed only to users with administrator privileges (Owner/Admin).
For Free Plan Users: If your service type is Free, the statistics period covers only one month from today. To access a broader range of statistics, please upgrade to a Team or Business plan.
8.1 Statistics Screen Overview
The Statistics screen consists of two main sections:
- Quick Statistics Data Downloads: Download various statistics data in CSV/Excel format
- Graphical Analytics: Visually view statistics data through graphs and tables
Statistics Settings
Click the "Statistics Settings" button at the top right of the screen to modify statistics-related settings. These settings apply to both Quick Statistics Data Downloads and Graphical Analytics.
Quick Statistics Data Downloads
In the "Quick Statistics Data Downloads" section at the top of the screen, you can download 7 types of statistics data. Toggle the section expansion/collapse by clicking the header.
About Statistical Target (Common for Downloads)
In each download dialog, you can select the "Statistical Target". The options are as follows:

Note: The member selector (individual user selection feature) is only available on dedicated server.
8.2 Login Statistics
Download daily login count data.

Download per-user book access status in matrix format.

Graphical Analytics
The "Graphical Analytics" section allows you to visually view statistics data through graphs and tables.
8.9 Selecting Statistical Target
At the top of the Graphical Analytics section, you can select the statistical target.
Statistical Target Options
The "Statistical Target" dropdown displays the following options:

- Click the "Statistical Target" dropdown
- Select the statistical target you want to display
The data for the selected statistical target is reflected in each section below.
Note: The "All User" option is not displayed on cloud versions (non-dedicated server).
8.10 Individual Book Access
Displays the trend of book access counts in a line chart.
Operations

Color Meanings
Cell background colors are displayed as gradients based on access count:

8.14 Recent Update Books
Displays a list of recently updated books.

8.15 Examination Result
Displays results for books using the examination feature.

Version Breakdown
Click each client application icon displayed below the pie chart to show a bar chart with version details for that client application.
Note: The "Other" category is included in the pie chart but not displayed in the icon list.
8.19 Members/Groups
Displays member and group counts for the workgroup.
